My name is Shaylee. I am a Licensed Esthetician and the owner of Starr Esthetics.  Proudly chasing all of my hopes and dreams.

A little backstory about me, I was born and raised in Sioux City, IA. I lived in Chicago for a few years, as my modeling agency is based in Chicago and LA- the closer to home for me the better. Living there I was able to do a lot of modeling gigs as a ‘local’. When covid hit production stopped for a while and so I decided to move back home. That’s when I went to school for Esthetics at Capitol Beauty School in Omaha, I got licensed as an Esthetician and the rest was history!

I opened Starr Esthetics in the middle of the pandemic, in May of 2021. It was the most amazing decision I could have made. The number of people I have met and the amazing friendships I have made since starting this business is an amazing perk to this adventure!  I am so in love with what I do and the art I create. I enjoy looking back and seeing the progress I’ve made in my work and seeing the difference in my techniques even from just a few months ago. Every day is a learning experience for me. I can always grow and learn new things to be better than I previously was before. I am beyond excited to continue working on myself and to improve everything I do in my Esthetics career.
